SURVIVE QUARANTINE BY DRINKING SOME TEA!

We are at a world juncture, where staying at home has become the most important thing for all of us. It keeps us safe, prevents COVID-19 from spreading and also gives the medical professionals and the staffs to handle situations in a proper way. During such times, it is the responsibility of all human beings to respect and abide by the rules and regulations. It is not only for our sake but for the sake of all those who are out there and being heroes!

Tea for sale

If someone has been reading my post for long, you will know that I am a huge tea lover and can literally distinguish from the smell that it is a different tea! (clever, huh! LOL) and so you can imagine how close to my heart, Tea is, especially during Quarantine days! I personally liked the Maofeng tea and the Oolong tea for some detoxification of the body! Green teas and black teas are always a favorite and I keep them in large stocks just for safe keeping............speaking of which, I might do some hamster-ing from their website, just so the quarantine days increase :P..

An Assortments of Teas; a visual treat!

The best part is that you can buy at wholesale prices in bulk, and can keep in store for about 730 days, while retaining its flavour. they also categorize the tea, by the districts in China, one of which I really like is that of Yunnan district! It is my personal favorite but you can try out different teas and pick a favorite for yourself! you can also personalize them by using some home ingredients. The recent trend has been the rise of ginger and turmeric tea which boosts immunity and prepares the body for combating the Coronavirus.

But it must be kept in mind that tea can also make you thirsty and thus it is important to now how much to drink, how much to brew the tea and few other necessary details so that you don't end up dehydrating yourself! Check out a post by them, which is very informative on this topic.
Nothing like a morning tea and reading a book at hand! Tea during quarantine gives us the opportunity for self healing, detoxification of our body and preparing for some much needed break from the real world. Let us utilize this time efficiently!

With many of you interested in Gaiwan, you can purchase a few from their website here. The clear glass heat resistant lead free talent bowl is the one for me. I am always fond of clear glass items. But for a throw of culture, the richly decorated ones with Chinese motifs are a taker! Don't miss them out!

The Chinese tradition of using a Gaiwan started from the Ming Dynasty! It is a beautiful ritual for tea consumption that is truly appreciated in the tea culture!

Lastly, be safe and avoid venturing out from home. Really? why worry when you have tea, WiFi and an unlimited free time which you always wanted! Take Care!
