11 Creative Way to Have Your Morning Coffee

Coffee is the greatest treasure of one's life. For a coffee lover like me, anytime of the day, in any form is preferable. Although I like it more black, but I wouldn't mind variations, as long as I enjoy it! The Dalgona coffee was an internet favorite during the lockdowns, but I feel is too overrated. So, while at home, I wanted some creative ways to drink coffee and I came across some amazing ideas, I thought I would share with you all.

This post is sure to trigger those creative brainwaves. It has some really cool and eco-friendly ways to drink coffee and you can try some of them. You can even impress your guests with such cool serving styles. So, head down below for some awesome ideas

1. Eco-Friendly Cups

Serving in coconut shells is a really interesting twist to the ceramic cups or paper cups of the traditional coffee serves. Although the usage of ceramic cups are an etiquette in itself. These cool alternatives are sustainable ways where you can reuse or recycle and minimize carbon footprints around the planets.

This is another version of such eco friendly products. Much like eco friendly clothing, these are slowly gaining momentum in creative coffee shops.
Imagine serving coffee to your guests in these. Wouldn't that be cool!

2. Coffee Cone

This new food trend is taking over the internet! Coffee shops all over the US are making waves with coffee served in a cone. A very creative way to serve coffee indeed!

The best part of this style is that you don't need to go to a coffee shop or Google, "coffee shops near me". You just need a coffee machine and some ice cream cones and voila, with a little creativity and you are done.

3. Cloud Coffee

A cafĂ© in Singapore invented this style of coffee with cotton candy served on top. The Chinese coffee company Mellower has created a tempest in a teacup with their uniquely poetic “Sweet Little Rain” espresso drink. The primary feature of this concoction is a fluffy white cloud made of cotton candy that sits above a steaming Americano and melts little raindrops of sugar right into it.

4. Medicine look-alike!

An interesting outlook to coffee packaging. Strikingly this looks like a medicine from an Indian medicine shop! However, this is a new perspective. I love the clean design of the bottle. You can find them here.

5. The Stroopwafel

Coffee served with stroopwafel on top. This may seem new to the non-European readers, but this is a very typical scene for the Dutch. Stroopwafel is a common snack in The Netherlands, which is served with coffee or sometimes even eaten like a snack. But this image what you see on your left reminds you of the Dutch Hospitality and culture!

6. Apple Coffee

I know, these are apple cider cups, but it would be cool, if you fell them up with spiced black coffee. I tried to spice my coffee with cinnamon and it tasted great! I usually have my black spiced coffee without sugar. It is perfect for winter too.

7. Coffee Jelly

This is a rave in Singapore. Coffee is turned into jelly and cut into small cubes. You can then drink it with milk or even yoghurt. This is also extremely popular in Japan and is a vegan delicacy.

8. Matcha Expresso Drink

Matcha is also becoming very popular these days and adding coffee in it was an inevitable combination. This expresso drink is perfect for summer and can be easily made at home. Although it is served in a simple glass, the creativity in it is that little ingredient that makes all the difference in taste and emotion. You can find the recipe here

9. Cookie Coffee Cups

Why use cups at all, if you eat them! Yes, that's right, these are edible coffee cups that makes drinking all the more fun. These cups are made from cookie base. As such you can use chocolate chip, vanilla or any other that you like. The one from Kitchen Stories here goes like this

10. Wooden Travel Mugs

These wooden travel mugs somehow remind me of the Viking period. A very traditional yet rustic earthy flavour to the coffee mood. This eco friendly product should be your all time favorite if you are into sustainable fashion.

11. Coffee Smoothie Bowl

Coffee smoothie bowl are getting very popular as a breakfast substitute. These are packed with protein and provides a low carb yet plant based alternative to your breakfast. I love this idea and can't wait to try it! You can find the recipe here
